Catering Kitchen
Adjacent to our ballrooms is a modern catering kitchen. If your caterer has worked an event at the Midlothian Conference Center before, then he or she knows how great it is to have this facility to assist serving banquets and other functions. It includes commecial refrigerators, warming ovens and large-scale sinks. From the large staging area it is just a step to serving windows which access both ballrooms.
